Are cartoons meant for Kids?

                            

One of my friends came home only to find me watching a series of cartoon movies and this did not amuse her.

“How can you be watching kiddish stuff?” she asked. 

I did not have a clear cut answer but questioned why several adults even teenagers most especially in Uganda have a biased attitude towards cartoons.

One thing they don’t know is that most of the content is directed towards people of a certain level of understanding, teenagers and adults not sidelined. 

Besides animated cartoons, for instance, Looney  Toons which are also good to watch and laugh at, are interesting and a very good  tool for sharpening one’s  English besides many other factors which can be discovered if you watch ….
