Transport Menace

Spectacular innovations in transport technologies and their rapid global expansion have led to claims that we are living in a fast moving society.  Breakthroughs in the speed, volume and cost of materials used in manufacturing cars, bicycles and other modes of transport have undoubtedly contributed to the power of technology that has shaped many aspects of our society leading to infrastructural development.

In as much as we hail this fast moving development, why is it that so many accidents are occurring on a daily basis? 

Back in time, circumstances of death came as a result of old age, chronic illness or war related incidents; a thing of the past. Without playing blame games we are all to play a great important role I curbing so many road accidents that occur as a result of human negligence.
